What Other Vitamins Should I Be Taking to Improve My Hair?

Summer is right around the corner which means it’s prime time to look your best and soak in the vitamin D. In this post I thought I’d go over a common question some of my clients ask “are there any other vitamins I should be taking to improve my hair?”


It turns out that Biotin, also known as vitamin B7, is one of the best ways to maintain healthy hair, nails, and skin. As a part of the B-complex vitamin family, it is often hailed as the "beauty vitamin" due to its positive effects on hair growth and overall hair health.
